Kids Running

I utilize many approaches including mindfulness, play and art therapy, attachment/relational focus, Flash Technique, and EMDR. I create a place of honesty for your child or teen to feel safe and able to work through challenges, learning to self-regulate emotions and allowing for healing to take place.
